Caring staff and nice location on holidays down the coast, everything was really good. The room was a nice size and well-maintained, had a really enjoyable stay of good holidays for years Back to Sydney. Magnificent view of the beach, loved it.

Excellant service everywhere. A nice size rooms, delightful view of the beach. The stuff where competent, efficient and helped me with free parking. In the center of the city, very convenient.

That was what I call excellent base for a little getaway. It was a stunningly beautiful hotel in the heart of Gold Coast. The venue was close to the beach and close to Cavill Mall.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The prices are really reasonable, and for what you pay, you get a lot in return. The rooms are large and spacious, with attention to detail and all the basic amenities you need. I loved the fact that each room has its own kitchen and laundry facilities - so convenient! The location is unbeatable, right in the central district, but surprisingly quiet. You won't hear any noise from the bars or surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. And let's not forget the comfortable beds and great showers. this hotel offers fantastic value for money.

No improvements needed - everything was okay.

Great location - walking distance to Surfers Paradise beach and centro shopping center. The managers Amanda and Victor were very friendly and considerate. On the day we were checking out, before we asked, they offered to look after our luggage until beyond the business hour. It gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our last day without dragging luggage around. A big thank you to both of them.

I loved staying at this hotel as it was located right in the center of everything and made it very easy to get around this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities and the comfort of the room.

Fantastic staff- helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for shopping, going out at night and catching taxi's and busses. The hotel was private and the poolside setting was perfect.

Postion and value

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the centre of everything in Surfers Paradise. You can easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. Plus, it's great that we didn't have any noise issues from the nearby bars. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met. The rooms had all the basic amenities we needed, including air conditioning in the bedroom and a balcony. We also appreciated having a kitchen and laundry facilities in the room. Breakfast was also a nice addition to start the day.

Nothing to complain about, everything was ok.

I think this is one of the best places to stay in surfers.. Was very impressed with everything

1 . Bugs attacking 2 . Not providing toilet papper , bags , shampoo or conditioner .3 no aircon . No spa for the price we paid . The bath room door and back door was hard to open . The stove was rusted real bad and un hygienic ..
